1. You Can Heal Your Life - Louise Hay

Read this if your sick - it'll change your view on everything!

I'm still shocked from reading this book. It's like everything I thought I knew about health is wrong - but this book will help you get it right. Almost immediately Hay states that, more than anything, it's the journey to loving yourself that will ultimately heal your body.

Throughout, Hay helps you to dig deep into your past to figure out why your life is like it is and how to change it by replacing limiting beliefs with positive affirmations. There is even a table of illnesses in the back with the most common cause as well as an affirmation to help you to heal. If you haven't read it yet, it might just change your life.

If You Need to Wake Up, Read This!

This is the book that is responsible for changing millions of lives - including my own! To jump right in, inside you'll discover the meaning of life and how to get everything you've ever wanted. Sure, it'll take some work, but this book will teach you practices, like gratitude, that can do wonders for your mental health and happiness.

It's also available as a film -  download it here

If you want to become an entrepreneur, read this!

This is Kiyosake's personal story of how he grew up with two dads - one who had a poor mindset around money and one who was a rich business owner. In this comparison of the two dads, you'll find incredible business advice wrapped inside an amazing story.

A total must-read for people who want to start a business. It'll not only challenge your view of money, but offers up plenty of suggestions on how to make it, including explaining passive income, the stock market, real estate and more. If, like me, you are fed up of being a wage slave, it's time to let Kiyosake's bestseller inspire you to be more.

Read this if you suck with money!

If you are bad with money, there is probably a reason for that - which can be hard to hear. But in Get Rich, Lucky Bitch, you'll learn how to rewire your mind and turn your negative attitude towards money into a positive one. It touches on the Law of Attraction and how to manifest money, which you'll already be familiar with if you've read The Secret.

This book is pretty much the next level, as you'll learn even more about how your mind works and how you can change negative patterns or behaviors you have around money. I fully recommend this book for female entrepreneurs!

Struggling with your morning routine? This book will set you straight!

The way you start your morning is incredibly important as it sets the tone for how you day is going to continue. In this book, Elrod will teach you how cement the habit of waking up early, why it's so important if you want to excel in life, and what you should be filling your morning routine with.

I'd especially recommend this book for people with anxiety as it covers topics like meditation, mindfulness and exercise which are all fantastic tools to keep your mental health in check. If you're serious about creating a better life for yourself, this book is something you don't want to miss!
